- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Generate payroll, pay payroll taxes and other payroll liabilities, and prepare and file all payroll tax returns
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and other general ledger accounts
- Maintain and update financial records
- Generate financial statements
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accountant or similar role
- Proficient in use of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, corporate accounting, debits/credits, and general ledger reconciliation
- Proficient in double-entry bookkeeping principles and practices
- Technical accounting skills, including the ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Proficient in using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
