Job Description

Job Purpose:
To collaborate with management, team members, and stakeholders across various business functions, brands and to implement technology solutions that align with business strategies. Oversee and coordinate resources, communication, and timelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead an internal support team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that promotes excellence and growth.
• Work with the executive team and department leads to providing the technical services and support needed to help them complete their work. 

IT Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Create and manage an IT budget, ensuring cost-effective technology solutions.
• Maintain overall vendor relationships and contracts. Infrastructure Management:
• Oversee the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of all IT systems.
• Monitor and maintain system security, including data protection and disaster recovery. Software and Hardware Management:
• Evaluate, select, and implement software and hardware solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage software licensing, updates, and compliance.
• Oversee procurement and asset management for hardware and software resources. IT Support
• Establish and maintain IT support services to assist team members with technical issues.
• Ensure prompt resolution of technical problems and efficient end-user support. Security and Compliance:
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the organization's data and systems.
• Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to IT security and compliance.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the information being processed, stored, or accessed by the network. Project Management
• Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs and opportunities.

Required Skills
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in IT with some of that time in management and leadership roles preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing IT infrastructure, software applications, and hardware resources.
• Strong project management skills and experience in executing IT projects.
• Knowledge of IT security, compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Certification in IT management or relevant areas is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiently with Microsoft 365

Bachelor’s in computer science or information technology and/or equivalent experience required.
