Basic Function: Responsible for general cleaning and upkeep, including painting of all equipment and production areas. In addition, he or she is responsible for any other task the Plant Manager/ Lean Manufacturing Engineer deems necessary.
Essential Functions:
 Communicate effectively with all Team Members
 Running floor cleaner as needed
 Mopping, sweeping and cleaning floors, walls and equipment
 Collecting all trash in around the facility twice a day and disposing of trash properly
 Policing the exterior grounds on a weekly basis
 Painting as needed
 Monitor and empty dust collectors
 Replace receptacles for recycling when full. Stage full receptacles in appropriate area.
 Oil catch cans on mixers 12 and 16
 Stock shelves at mixer stations (gloves, dust masks, tape, etc.)
 Work Unsupervised
 Log and dispose of Industrial Waste.
 Inspect incoming reconditioned drums.

Experience:
Industrial cleaning and/or painting experience preferred, fork lift experience required.
