Basic Function:
The Drum Inspector is responsible for over all quality of his/ her work. In addition, he/she is
responsible for any other task the Plant Manager or Group Leader deems necessary.

Essential Functions:
· Responsible for 100% sorting of reconditioned drums.
· Ensure all drums that are sorted are wrapped then placed in the designated area.
· Responsible for cleanliness of drum storage area, as per MS 9.1/3-43.
· Ensure the Reconditioned Drum Inspection Sheet is completed daily (MS 9.1/4-12) and
submit to the Plant Manager.
· Responsible for filling out the paperwork for the return drums to O’ Bryan and putting the
rejected drums on the empty trailer.
· Responsible for notifying the Quality Director if 10% or more of the drums are rejected.
· Inform the Plant Manager or Group Leader of any safety or maintenance issues.
