Job Purpose:
Responsible for the setup, support, monitoring, and patching of networking, server, IP Phone, system backups, and end user systems. Perform a variety of maintenance, support, evaluation, installation, and training to ensure network and system performance meets company and end user requirements.

Qualifications
- Microsoft Active Directory and Domain Infrastructure, DHCP, DNS, TCIP, and Domain Controllers
- Enterprise backup solution and Antivirus solutions
- Experienced with Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft applications, and Microsoft CoPilot
- Experienced in the management of a SQL Database environment
- Hands on hardware and PC troubleshooting\install experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours as required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years or more of relevant experience
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust/focus

Responsibilities

- Administer network and wireless hardware and applications
- Manage NetApp SAN
- Evaluate and/or recommend purchases of computers, network hardware, desktop systems, computer peripherals, and software
- Keep all network and computer systems up to date with latest patches, firmware, and OS updates
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, provide/implement solutions for all systems
- Manage and update Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure Hybrid environment
- Manage and maintain all software licenses
- Plan and implement network security including building firewalls, managing VPN access, managing hardwire and wireless security, network access, and ensuring network reliability
- Manage system backups, restore files upon request, and manage disaster recovery plan
- Ensure timely end-user and management notifications of maintenance requirements and effects on system availability and production
- Maintain confidentiality of all end-user data
