Looking to hire for:
The Optic Lab employee would be helping patients select eyewear, ordering contacts, answering phones, dispensing and adjusting glasses, verifying prescriptions in eyewear, filing insurance claims, and helping where needed.
This candidate would need to be able to retain a lot of information and work well in customer service settings.
Skills to possess:
- Desire and ability to learn; excellent technical/computer skills
- Strong math skills/problem solving skills
- Enjoy working with patients; compassionate and caring
- Some college or degree preferred
- Excellent attendance
Hours M-F 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
