Primary Job Responsibilities:
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling tool kits and ensuring that all tools are properly tethered and equipped with drop prevention items to minimize workplace hazards
• Assemble tool kits according to specified requirements and guidelines.
• Implement tethering solutions for all tools within the kit to prevent accidental drops.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on assembled tool kits to verify that all tools are properly tethered and secured.
• Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and regulations throughout the assembly and tethering process.
• Maintain safe & clean working environment per company policy
Qualifications: Qualified applicant will at a minimum:
• Graduated high school or passed an equivalency test
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in tool assembly, tethering, or related activities, preferably in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow assembly instructions accurately
• High proficiency and comfortability with technology
• Commitment to workplace safety and willingness to adhere to established safety guidelines and procedures at all times
• Be a quick and curious learner, display ambition and energy and be prepared to take on leadership roles
• Good attendance, punctuality, and a professional attitude are mandatory
• Trained in the operation of a sit-down forklift
• Strong multitasking skills in an environment with frequent deadlines
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for documenting assembly procedures and reporting findings
• Computer literate (PC).
• Operate standard office equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially with Microsoft Excel
• Accurate alphabetical, alphanumeric, and numerical filing
